How do we handle design requests?

We receive a large number of design requests and our goal is to get back to you as quickly as possible.

We take our business and your project very seriously so we want to let you know how we will handle the request you just submitted.

We follow up on all requests submitted during our business hours as soon as possible, usually within 2 hours if not sooner.

If you have submitted your request after 5p.m., Saturday or Sunday or on a holiday we will attempt to follow up with you the next business day.

As stated above, we receive a high number of requests so in order to manage all of these requests we will attempt to follow up by phone first then if not successful we will follow up by email. If after 2 attempts we are unsuccessful reaching you your request will be deleted from our system.
